Joel J. Shugarman

Joel J. Shugarman has over 30 years of litigation experience in both civil and appellate trials in the State and Federal Courts.  His concentration is in the area of serious personal injury matters.  Mr. Shugarman is a graduate of the University of Maryland and University of Baltimore Law School.  He has served as past president of the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association and has lectured as an invited speaker for the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Maryland Institute for Continuing Education.

Michael E. Mehring

Michael E. Mehring is a graduate of Stonehill College in Massachusetts and the University of Baltimore Law School.  Michael Mehring has been admitted to practice before the Maryland and Federal Courts since 1982.  His concentration is in the area of Serious Personal Injury cases as well as Workers’ Compensation, and Business Litigation.
